STATE APPROVED

Driver Ed In A Box® curriculum is approved and regulated by the State of Colorado Motor Vehicle Business Group. Certificate for Approved Driver Education Curriculum (Organization Number 9098).

All Colorado residents under 18 will receive an enrollment form with the course. Once you have completed the enrollment form and return it to Driver Ed in a Box LLC, you will receive your DR2460 Affidavit of Enrollment to obtain your permit.

This is the only course a student needs to obtain a driver license.

Teens want to know how to stay out of collisions!
Today’s teens do not just want their license; they want to be good collision-free drivers. They know the risks. Virtually all have friends who got a license and were involved in a collision in the first four weeks. Most teens have lost classmates due to fatal collisions.
Driver Ed in a Box® Certificate of Completion!
Choose Interactive CD-Rom Version or Text Version.
Teens want to know "why" the things you ask them to do will work. When you complete the full course you get a Certificate of Completion. Take this to your insurance agent. It varies state by state and by insurance company, but you may receive an insurance discount.
Using the full course your teen will learn why each step is important while learning the collision-free HABITS that make you a better driver. The full course also includes a section on Social & Consumer Issues. This includes how alcohol and drugs as well as emotions and attitude affect driving performance. Also covered are vehicle ownership (buying, leasing, insuring, and maintaining).
Over 15,000 students have used Driver Ed in a Box®.
"Excellent. It reminded us as parent-teachers of some things we'd forgotten and also some things we didn't ever know." - N.T., Olathe, Colorado
"Our daughter was required to focus on specifics of driving. Her habits are/were formed to last. She received 100%on the written & driving test. (thanks) The mirrors were helpful." - Parent, Estes Park, Colorado
"Taking this Driver Education Program has been a huge help with my everyday driving skills. I learned a lot of helpful tips that were not in the state driver's manual. This program is very encouraging whereas the state driver's manual was very intimidating & discipline-oriented. The 'commentary' was very helpful in memorizing what needed to be done before I changed lanes, pulled out from a stop sign, backed out of a parking space, etc." - Student, Estes Park, Colorado
